Insertion internship for young people with disabilities
Annually and as a result of a partnership with CEERIA - Center for Special Education, Rehabilitation and Integration of Alcobaça, the Group's Goanvi Bottling company welcomes young people with disabilities to its facilities. The young people are guided by all employees, thus enabling a contact with the work world in which they are asked to put into practice the knowledge acquired during their academic training.
Harvesting internship for Chinese Oenology students
Following the request for support made by INIAV [National Institute for Agricultural and Veterinary Research], the Group's Quinta do Gradil company received two Chinese interns, students of the Oenology course at the School of Functional Food and Wine from the Shenyang Pharmaceutical University.
The trainees had the opportunity to experience at Quinta do Gradil their first contact with all the work inherent to the harvest.
